The thick fur and soft bones of the cat make its under structure harder to examine than that of the dog. Its movements are more fluid, and you must draw that flowing motion.

The legs and paws are soft and furry, but they are very strong. Study their general shape and practice their movements.

The cat’s head can be made with two circles within which the almond shaped eyes, the blunt little nose and the pretty little mouth may be placed easily. The ears are little triangles sitting on top of the larger circle.
